The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks, a solid grasp of software development methodologies, and a passion for mentoring high-performing development teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Java development team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Design and architect scalable, robust, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks. Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development, including code reviews, version control, CI/CD, and testing methodologies. Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive the adoption of up-to-date development practices, such as microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Azure). Analyze system and application performance metrics, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Mentor and train engineering teams on advanced Java concepts and emerging technologies to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Java technologies. In-depth knowledge of Java EE, RESTful APIs, and design patterns. Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and make high-level architectural decisions. to success!
