About the role
As a Java Developer at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Building distributed, highly available, and fault-tolerant applications using Java, Spring, Kafka, and other technologies - Building large-scale and highly available APIs, both internal and external - Building, deploying, releasing, and supporting applications in the early stages The key qualifications required for this role are: - Overall 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer - Core Java experience of 10+ years - Good hands-on coding skills - Experience in investment banking-related projects - Working experience in Trading life cycle project - Spring framework experience of 5+ years - Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems - Knowledge of key APIs such as JPA, JTA, CDI, etc. - Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns - Understanding of microservices architecture - Proficiency in containerization solutions like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift - Experience with building tools like Maven, Gradle - Familiarity with Version Control systems like Git - Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as TeamCity, Jenkins Additionally, if you have experience in the finance industry and have worked with the Fintech community, it would be considered a plus.
