Engineering Manager / Lead

As a Strong Software Engineer or Engineering Manager at our renowned product-based company, you will be expected to have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development. You should possess either 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, Node.js, Go, or Python (any one) or 3+ years of experience in frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue (any one). Your mentoring skills are crucial as you must have at least 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team of software engineers. A solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential for success in this role. In addition, hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment is required. Your educational background should include an undergraduate degree from a Tier-1 Engineering College, such as IIT, BITS, IIIT, NSUT, DTU, etc. Please note that we have a strict no-hire policy from Sprinklr.
