Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet customer needs. - Define and prioritize product features based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals. - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable specifications. - Develop and execute product launch plans, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful adoption. - Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Support the founders in strategic planning, fundraising, and other key initiatives. - Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies in a SaaS environment. - Proven experience in product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier IIT institution. - 4-8 years of experience in product management or a related field. - On-site role based in Bangalore.
