Lead DevOps Engineer

As a Strong Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure and DevOps initiatives within the organization. Your role will involve technical leadership, team management, and hands-on experience with various tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance in infrastructure decisions and DevOps practices. - Work closely with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and cluster management. - Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to automate and manage infrastructure. - Develop scripts and automation using scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar technologies. - Manage distributed databases and data systems like MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or Puppet. - Implement Observability & Monitoring solutions, CI/CD architecture, and Networking concepts in production environments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer. - Current title should be Lead DevOps Engineer or equivalent Lead role in your current organization. - At least 2+ years of team management or technical leadership experience. - Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools, scripting, and automation. - Experience with distributed databases and data systems. - Proficiency in Observability & Monitoring, CI/CD architecture, and Networking concepts. - Educational qualification should be B.E/ B.Tech.
