Team Lead - Product Design

As a Strong Lead or Above UI/UX or Product Designer, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilize your minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in product design, with recent 3+ years in Product companies - Demonstrate your minimum 4+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS companies, with expertise in UI/UX design methods - Apply your 2+ years of people management experience to lead and mentor a team effectively - Utilize your proficiency in product design methods such as product mindset, problem-solving, UX thinking, and ideation - Showcase your expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes - Present a strong portfolio of UX Design and UI/Visual Designs for B2B SaaS/Enterprise products If you are interested in working with us, please note that we are a B2B Saas company, and experience in Enterprise is a plus.
