Experience 6–8 years of experience in full stack software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or GenAI systems Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end Proven track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — startups, consulting, or innovation teams preferred Exposure to private equity, management consulting, or data-driven business environments is a plus Technical Skills — Required Python (FastAPI / Flask) React & TypeScript GenAI / LLM Ecosystems RAG Pipelines & Agents Vector DBs & Embeddings REST APIs & Microservices SQL / NoSQL Databases Git & Modern Dev Workflows Docker & CI/CD Basics Technical Skills — Preferred Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tooling Multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
