QA Java with Playwright Engineer

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced QA Java with Playwright Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionalities and define testing requirements.Execute test cases, report bugs, and track defect resolution.Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is unaffected by new changes.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes.Maintain and enhance the test automation framework to increase coverage and efficiency.Generate and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Proficient in Java programming language and test automation frameworks.Strong experience with Playwright for automated UI testing.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. .
