Functional Tester

Interview is on Saturday 25th July 2026 F2F (Noida Location) Job Description Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality. Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Validate application functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a quality assurance perspective. Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Ensure timely delivery of testing activities while maintaining high quality standards. Required Skills 36 years of experience in Functional Testing. Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management process. Experience in writing comprehensive test cases and executing manual test scenarios. Hands-on experience in defect tracking and reporting tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
