About the role
Key Responsibilities: Provide support for Windows and macOS operating systems. Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Resolve software issues including application errors, updates, and drivers. Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi). Use remote desktop tools (e.g., LogMeIn, UltraViewer) for remote support. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems and hardware. Familiar with software diagnostics and basic networking. Proficient in remote access tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Patient, empathetic, and user-focused. Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
