We re hiring for one of the world s leading steel and mining company exerting our influence across 60 countries with a robust industrial footprint in 18 We are a global team of 158 000 talented individuals committed to building a better world with smarter low-carbon steel Our strategies are not just about scale they re also about leading a transformative change where innovation meets sustainability With a presence in over 150 countries this organization provides services across consulting audit tax risk advisory and financial advisory helping Fortune 500 companies and governments navigate complex challenges Requirements Position Summary Responsibilities Develop and maintain ABAP programs to support integration processes between SAP and external applications Create modify and enhance RICEFW Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms and Workflows objects as per business requirements Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues related to IDOCs BAPIs and RFCs ensuring seamless data transfer Optimize and enhance existing code for performance and efficiency adhering to best practices Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation Required Skill 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on RICEFW objects Solid understanding of SAP modules especially MM and SD and their integration points Experience with IDOC processing and troubleshooting Familiarity with SAP S 4HANA architecture and capabilities Positive debugging skills and ability to analyze ABAP performance issues Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams .
