Solarwinds Administrator (U4) Pune, Maharashtra, IndiaJob Description Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, upgrade, and manage the latest version of SolarWinds Orion platform and related modules (NPM, NCM, SAM, NetFlow, etc.). Integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow ITSM for automated workflows in incident, change, problem management, etc. Administer SolarWinds daily operations including user management, patching, license compliance, dashboards, and alerting. Build custom dashboards, reports, and automation scripts to enhance observability and reduce false alerts. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams to expand monitoring coverage across on-premises and cloud environments. Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning of the monitoring infrastructure. Ensure compliance with IT governance and support audits. Required Skills Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a SolarWinds Administrator or monitoring engineer. Strong knowledge of SolarWinds Orion platform and modules. Proven experience with implementation, upgrades, and integrations (especially ServiceNow). Good understanding of networking, servers (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments. Proficiency in SQL and PowerShell for automation. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Preferred: SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP), ITIL certification, and exposure to other monitoring tools.
