Workday Integration Developer

Job Title: Workday Integration Developer Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services, along with a solid understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations . Key Responsibilitie s:Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICO F.Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP web services, XML, and XSL T.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solution s.Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production suppor t.Develop and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS ).Support Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, and deployment activitie s.Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration design and data mapping document s.Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices throughout the integration lifecycl e. Required Skil ls:5+ years of Workday Integration experien ce.Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday AP Is.Experience with REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, XPath, and Workday Report Writ er.Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and HR business process es.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skil ls.Experience working in Agile environments is preferr ed.
