POS Lead with SAP Expertise

Job Profile : POS Lead with SAP Expertise Responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of retail POS operations and their integration with SAP. The role acts as the bridge between business users, stores, vendors, and IT teams to ensure smooth retail operations, accurate data flow, and effective business process management. Key Responsibilities POS Management Manage daily POS operations and user support. Configure pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and user access. Troubleshoot POS issues and coordinate with business users and vendor. Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments. Ensure POS system uptime and support responsiveness. Maintain transaction and inventory reconciliation accuracy. SAP & Business Process Support Monitor and support POS-SAP integrations. Ensure accurate synchronization of sales, inventory, customer, product, pricing, and financial data. Analyze and improve retail business processes. Support transaction reconciliation and issue resolution. Master Data, Reporting & Projects Manage product, customer, pricing, and store master data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and business analysis. Support UAT, store rollouts, and enhancement projects. Train users and maintain SOPs and process documentation. Required Skills Excellent customer communication, front ending & customer care. Strong knowledge of retail POS operations and store processes. Experience with SAP SD, MM, FI, SAP Retail. Knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer management. Experience with POS-SAP interfaces, SQL, reporting, and data validation. Experience & Qualification 5+ years of POS support and retail application experience. 3+ years in SAP-integrated retail environments. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. SAP or Retail POS certification preferred.
