Location: Pune (Hybrid/On-site as applicable) Are you a certified Workday Learning Consultant with a passion for designing impactful learning solutions and partnering with global clients We're looking for a Workday Learning Consultant SME to lead the implementation, optimization, and delivery of Workday Learning solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday LearningConfigure Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, and CertificationsConduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessionsConfigure learning business processes, enrollments, approvals, and completion workflowsDrive testing, deployment readiness, and release planningProvide expertise in learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification managementMentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teamsSupport the adoption of new Workday Learning features and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications6+ years of Workday HCM & Workday Learning experienceStrong expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), content management, and compliance trainingExperience in client-facing consulting and solution designBachelor's or Master's degreePreferred SkillsExperience in end-to-end Workday implementation and AMS supportKnowledge of integrations with external learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, or similar content providersWhat We're Looking ForStrong functional expertise in Workday LearningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsSolution-oriented mindset with analytical thinkingLeadership experience in project delivery and mentoring teamsIf you're ready to work on exciting Workday transformation projects and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
