About the role
As a Senior Backend Developer/Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance web applications for B2C businesses. Your innovative solutions and attention to detail will be key in delivering efficient and scalable code that meets the Product team's requirements. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities: - Convert Product team requirements into modular, testable, and efficient code. - Design and implement data storage solutions, including databases and caching layers. - Address non-functional requirements related to security and performance. Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in NodeJS, Java, or Ruby. - Proficiency in RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Experience with building and deploying applications on AWS is preferred. - Familiarity with ORM libraries like Sequelize. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, or Redis Cache. - Understanding of architectural patterns like MVC. - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Passion for creating user-friendly applications. - Additional technologies: MySQL, Redis, AWS, Microservices, REST API. - Preference for knowledge of JavaScript, AWS/cloud experience, web application development, DevOps, and database understanding. - Experience in application performance tuning.
