As a Technical Lead for App Development, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to design and implement mobile and web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning and implementation of project solutions in Blueprism UiPath. - Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers. - Ensuring software meets quality, security, and modifiability requirements. - Collaborating with professionals to determine functional and non-functional software requirements. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Blueprism UiPath and experience in BOT Automation and migration. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of software development methodologies, project management, and coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, and C++. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with Agile development methodologies, experience with databases and ORM frameworks, knowledge of test-driven development, understanding of DevOps principles and tools, proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), knowledge of mobile app development for iOS and Android, understanding of UI/UX principles, experience with version control systems (Git, SVN), and strong problem-solving skills.
