About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Engineering Managerwith 15+ years of experience in software development and leadership to drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Java, React, cloud-native applications, containers, and multi-tenant architectures, along with exceptional stakeholder management and people leadership skills._Key Responsibilities:_Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountabilityPartner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutionsOversee the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing web applicationsDefine and drive technical strategy across Java, React, public cloud, and containerized environmentsEnsure adoption of best practices in architecture, coding standards, testing, and DevOpsGuide teams in building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applicationsProvide clear direction, coaching, and career development support to engineersCommunicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Required Skills & Experience:_15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership/managementProven track record in delivering enterprise-grade web applicationsStrong expertise in Java, React.js, and web application developmentExperience in system design, microservices, and performance optimizationHands-on experience with public cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP)Deep understanding of containers and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of multi-tenancy architecture*and SaaS platformsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and people coordination skills_Good to Have:_Experience with Kotlin
