This system is designed to minimize the need for human intervention, addressing the problem with consistent, accurate, and detailed results that comply with strict data privacy and protection regulations Quickstep aims to resolve the current shortage of skilled workers and reduce operational costs by implementing intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly into various industries The goal is to transform task execution with AI, ensuring work is performed with unprecedented speed and efficiency In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development initiatives using React, Next js, and TypeScript, driving architectural decisions, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring seamless client communication Your expertise will guide our migration and upgrade processes, enabling us to deliver robust, high-quality applications Key Responsibilities:* Frontend Development & Architecture: * Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React, Next js, and TypeScript * Lead the development of new features and enhancements while maintaining high performance and responsiveness * Upgrade and Migration: * Oversee and execute frontend upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency * Team Leadership: * Manage and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment * Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards * Client Communication: * Serve as a primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables * Research Activities: * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies, conducting research to enhance our development practices and toolsets * Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality * Deployment: * Manage and oversee the deployment process for frontend applications, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production * Design Systems: * Work closely with design teams to implement and maintain cohesive design systems, ensuring a consistent user experience across applications Qualifications:* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, Next js, and TypeScript * Proven experience in frontend architecture and design, with a solid understanding of design systems * Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders * Experience with code review processes and best practices * Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD processes * Ability to conduct research and stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the frontend development landscape
