Technical Lead / Architect * - Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics Technical Lead / Architect * - Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics Technical Lead / Architect * - Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics *The job title will be commensurate with the candidate s relevant experience and expertise ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: SUMMARY Provide technical leadership to a growing Data and Analytics function Lead the planning, development, build out and delivery of reporting and information delivery systems TEAM AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Establish and communicate expectations and business-aligned Key Result Areas (KRAs) for each team member Hire, lead, motivate, and manage a team of talented associates to provide quality client deliverables Skills, Qualifications and Competencies: BCA or MCA / M.Sc (IT) Overall experience of six to ten years, with at least five years experience in BI/ DW/ Analytics Experience in Managed Meta data Environment strategies, standards, techniques and approaches Experience in MS BI technologies Demonstrated experience in building data management teams Experience in working with BI tools/ platforms such as Cognos, SAP and Pentaho Strong interpersonal and team management skills Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking, problem solving and creativity Insights into and familiarity with analytics opportunities in the US healthcare industry for providers and payers
