SAP CRM / CX Consultant at An IT Service Company

Responsibilities Configure and support SAP CRM or SAP CX solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Customer Experience applications. Configure business roles, UI components, transaction types, and customer service processes. Support customer master data, pricing, and integration with SAP ERP systems. Assist with testing, implementation, production support, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve customer-facing business processes. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Experience configuring business roles, UI settings, transaction types, or customer service processes. Familiarity with SAP CRM integration with SAP ERP systems. Understanding of customer master data, sales processes, or pricing integration. Experience supporting testing, production support, and implementations.
