About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement. 2. Manage the regional product backlog and support Agile/Scrum activities. 3. Conduct business process reviews and solution evaluations. 4. Stay updated on product features and functionalities to support implementations. 5. Organize internal and customer meetings and prepare meeting minutes. 6. Assist project leads in creating user stories, reviewing test cases, and evaluating solutions. 7. Prepare business requirement documents, solution designs, release notes, and user stories. 8. Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Customer Success, and engineering teams to ensure timely deployments. 9. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users. 10. Track project progress, prepare implementation reports, and assist with project planning and resource allocation. 11. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with Technical Support and Customer Success teams after deployment. 12. Contribute to innovation initiatives and product roadmap planning. Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA in Operations, Finance, or Human Resources is a plus. 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills. 4. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones. 5. Experience creating reports and delivering presentations. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 7. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. 8. Familiarity with GitHub, Linear, project management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
