Job Title: Order to Cash (OTC) / Order Management / Quote to Cash Consultant Salesforce (SFDC) Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Bangalore Shift: US Shift (Cab Facility + Shift Allowances Provided) Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order to Cash (OTC) / Order Management / Quote to Cash Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end order lifecycle processes, supporting business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quote-to-cash execution. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) and Quote to Cash (QTC) business processes. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams to streamline order management activities. Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce (SFDC) applications related to order processing, quoting, and customer management. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Salesforce. Monitor order processing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. Ensure accurate order entry, validation, fulfillment tracking, invoicing support, and revenue-related processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues and process-related challenges. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides. Support UAT, system enhancements, and deployment activities. Generate reports and dashboards to track order management and OTC performance metrics. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Order Management, or Quote to Cash processes . Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) . Strong understanding of sales operations, order lifecycle management, invoicing, and customer onboarding processes. Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional support. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related modules is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Quote-to-Cash platforms and CRM systems. Exposure to Salesforce integrations and workflow automation. Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage. Experience working with global stakeholders and US-based teams.
