Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and support requests via Chat and Email. Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer issues. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups. Manage and maintain customer communication records. Assist customers with software-related support and troubleshooting guidance. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Required Skills Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing) - 9/10 proficiency preferred. Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities. Excellent internet and online research skills. Prior experience in Customer Support processes via Chat/Emails. Basic understanding of software support processes will be preferred. Should be comfortable handling occasional weekend responsibilities and remote support sessions.
