Design and develop ITSM and custom applications with automation. Customize and manage ITIL modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, HRSD, and Change Management. Work on ITOM implementation and practice development. Implement Gen AI solutions and automate workflows. Customize UI, configure notifications, and manage platform data. Build Business Service Catalogs and develop third-party system integrations. Required Tools and Technologies: ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB), JavaScript, SOAP/REST APIs, Service, Mapping & Discovery, Generative AI frameworks.
