Senior Frontend Developer - Mobile Applications

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Tap Health, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and user-friendly experiences on both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Development of high-performance, scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android. - Triage bugs, refactor legacy code, and maintain codebase health and consistency. - Profile and optimize app performance (load times, animations, memory usage) to enhance user experience. - Connect frontend components with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and third-party SDKs. - Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests (e.g. Jest, Detox) for stability assurance. - Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and pair-programming sessions with cross-functional peers. - Assist in maintaining automated build, test, and deployment pipelines for mobile releases. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of frontend/mobile development experience with React Native. - Familiarity with iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio) toolchains. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React practices, and state-management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.). - Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and implementing offline-first data handling. - Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management. - Knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies. - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Jest, Detox, Appium, etc.). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail. - Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban.
