About the role
As a UI/UX Designer at Tapplent Technologies India Pvt., you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working on next-generation technologies in the HR tech space. Your role involves designing intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will have end-to-end ownership of features, from research to delivery, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring complex workflows to life through clean design and thoughtful user flows. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are clean, functional, and scalable - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms - Contribute to and evolve the design system and style guide - Stay updated on design trends and best practices in SaaS and HR Tech Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile platforms - Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and high-quality UI work - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools - Good understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design - Familiarity with responsive design, usability standards, and accessibility - Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus - Experience designing for B2B SaaS or enterprise tools - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design - Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Miro - Animation/motion design skills using tools like After Effects or Lottie - Understanding of data visualization and dashboard UX Tapplent Technologies India Pvt. is a fast-growing HR Tech SaaS startup with global operations across the United States, Canada, and India.
