About the role
At TARA AI Labs, we're building autonomous AI systems for financial intelligence, credit infrastructure, and intelligent money management. We are creating production-grade AI systems, not SaaS wrappers. Responsibilities: Design scalable backend AI systems.Productionize LLMs and AI agents.Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.Optimize performance, reliability, and security.Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability. Requirements: Experience: 3-7+ years.Python (mandatory); Go/TypeScript preferred.Experience in distributed systems, DSA, and system design.Required Skills: REST APIs and microservices, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Airflow, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, Prometheus, Grafana. Preferred AI Experience: LLMs, RAG, embeddings.LangChain, Hugging Face, Ray.PyTorch and TensorFlow.OpenAI/Claude integrations.
