About the job: As a forward-deployed engineer, you sit at the intersection of our product and our customers. Your job is to design, build, and iterate the agents and the flows behind them, so each one is sharper, more natural, and more effective for its use case. You work closely with customers to understand their goals, build their agent, test real conversations, and fix what breaks. You own the outcome from the first call to live, and you keep owning it once the phone is ringing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, write, and optimize prompts and conversation flows for AI voice agents across multiple industries. 2. Review call recordings, identify conversation failures, and improve agent performance. 3. Build AI agent workflows and call paths for new customer deployments. 4. Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including use case analysis, agent setup, and deployment. 5. Create customer-facing pages, intake forms, and dashboards to support deployments. 6. Test AI agents by identifying edge cases and improving reliability. 7. Evaluate agent performance across different languages and accents to ensure a consistent customer experience. 8. Share customer insights and feedback with the product team to improve product features and functionality. Available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). 2. Final-year student or graduate in any discipline. 3. Hands-on experience building solutions using LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT. 4. Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong attention to language and clarity. 5. Ability to understand both customer and end-user perspectives. 6. Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making independent decisions. 7. Basic coding skills with the ability to build scripts, web pages, or automations. 8. Experience with voice AI or conversational AI tools is preferred. 9. Experience building real-world projects such as automations, chatbots, or no-code workflows. 10. Prior customer-facing experience in sales, support, internships, freelancing, or similar roles is preferred. 11. Good understanding of LLM concepts, including context windows, temperature, and hallucinations.
