About the role
As a Principal Engineer at Target, you play a crucial role in setting the strategy for software development and infrastructure engineering. Qualifications Required: - 4-year degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of experience in technology development, with expertise in frontend development, particularly React.js. - 4+ years of experience in strategic planning and technical direction setting. - Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques. - Expertise in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in leading and mentoring frontend engineers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
