Lead Hardware Engineer Battery Management System (BMS) Experience: 7 + Years Job Location: Pune Skills: Hardware architecture, circuit design, HV isolation, power supply, EMI/EMC Lead Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of hardware for Battery Management Systems (BMS), covering 48V, high-voltage, and BESS applications. The role involves ownership of schematics, PCB design, power stage development, thermal/EMI considerations, and compliance with automotive and industrial standards. The candidate will also mentor junior engineers and interface with system, software, validation and safety teams.
