Business Analyst - IT (Banking & Financial Services)

Business Analyst - Information Technology - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) Key Responsibilities: Requirement Handling: Collaborate with business teams to understand and document new requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities. Change Request (CR) Implementation: Manage and implement Change Requests (CRs), ensuring timely and accurate delivery of new features or system modifications. L1 Production Support: Provide first-level production support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate to higher levels when necessary, and ensure minimal disruption to operations. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient usage of systems and tools. Develop user manuals and other support documentation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, effectively communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and gathering business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and gather feedback to suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives for both processes and systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Retail Loan Origination System (LOS) expertise : In-depth understanding of retail loan origination processes and systems. TCS LPP System knowledge : Hands-on experience with the TCS LPP system for handling loan processing, data flow, and integration. Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Techno-Functional Expertise : Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, providing both functional and technical insights. Should be able to work on APIs and Integrations across systems. Understanding of Credit Policies and DOA : Familiarity with credit policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) approval mechanisms. Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking, financial services, or retail domain. Proven track record of successful implementations and managing production support issues. Experience in user training and support for financial or banking applications.
