Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven AI Automation Engineer with expertise in integration development, workflow automation, and data analytics/BI. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation solutions, build seamless integrations across enterprise systems, and enable data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.

· Strong development skills in Java/J2EE for extending IAM capabilities and integrations.
· Experience working with LDAP directories, especially OpenDJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development & Engineering
· Design, develop, and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration pipelines across internal and external systems.
· Enable seamless data exchange between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.
· Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support automation and analytics use cases.
· Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and performant.
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability.
- Automation Development & Workflow Management
· Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms.
· Develop automated solutions for notifications, approvals, exception handling, and business process orchestration.
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for workflow design and process optimization.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes.
· Monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
· Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.
· Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
· Enable real-time and rapid reporting for business and operational insights.
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
· Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into analytical models and visualizations.
