Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Data science; statistical modeling; machine learning; generative AI; agentic AI; NLP; LLMs; prompt engineering; RAG; autonomous decision frameworks; Python/R/SQL/SAS; vector databases; semantic search; knowledge graphs; metadata management; production ML/AI deployment, monitoring, governance, explainability, bias detection; Databricks; healthcare data preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead ML and generative AI solution design; build data science products and reusable analytic assets; analyze large-scale datasets; design agentic AI workflows using LLMs, retrieval, APIs, tools, and business rules; translate requirements into agent architectures; optimize RAG; develop evaluation frameworks; establish standards; mentor data scientists; deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions; present insights.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Technical leadership; mentoring; stakeholder/client collaboration; communication and presentation to mixed audiences.
Salary Range: $120,000 -$130,000 year
