Assistant System Engineer

We are looking for Assistant System Engineer- Matlab Experience: 5-8 years Location: Pune JD :Must-Have* *Good knowledge of Engineering Concepts (Physics (kinetics, kinematics, hydrostatics, hydrodynamics), Mathematics (calculus, numerical methods, optimization, control theory)) .Very Strong analytical skill sVery Strong programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink (stateflow not required) .Good programming skills in C/C++ .Excellent knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink software support tools/features/toolboxes (Simulink coder, optimization toolbox, control system toolbox, GUIDE/app designer, profiler, Model advisory, Simulink coverage )Ability to work independently and meet deadline sGood-to-Hav eProgramming skills in R, Pytho nControl System Desig nSystem Identification and modellin g 1.Understand user requirements and translate it into algorithms to be modelled in MATLAB/Simulink Environmen t.2 Automatic C/C++ code generation from Simulink models using Simulink/Embedded coder toolbo x.3 Customizing code generation options and using advanced options in Simulink Coder toolbox to generate optimized cod e.4 Analysing generated code for equivalance to model and validating i t.5 Run automated testing (MIL/SIL) using MATLAB Scripti ng 6 Conducting MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL testing and analysing result s.7 Understand distributed embedded hardware systems and sensor modules. Troubleshooting issues in complete development chain (hardware and software ).7 Interfacing with other teams working in C/C++ language and integrating generated code with their s.8 Reviewing and refactoring code to improve code quality and performanc e.9 Developing scripts/tools to automate development proces s.10 Documenting of system validation results for publicatio n.11 Use best practices for code development (coding standards, code documentation, revision control, agile practices, et c)12 Ability to design and develop control system to control complex motion of vehicl e.13 Ability to design and develop model of physical systems (eg. Mechanical actuator) using empirical or data based modelling method s.14 Ability to work independently on tasks given initial overview and complete it as per expected standard s.15 Ability to manage tasks (for self and team) and support in team management activitie s.16 Ability to provide technical leadership to team by implementing new ideas, processes, etc in tea m.
