Azure Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Integration Architect/Lead to drive enterprise integration initiatives using Azure Integration Services and .NET Core . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, developing, and governing API-led, event-driven, and hybrid integration solutions. This role requires strong architectural leadership, hands-on Azure development experience, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Location: Pan India Exp: 10-15 years Job Requirements The successful candidate will: Possess expert-level experience in Azure Integration Services and .NET Core development. Demonstrate effective utilization of Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools for improved productivity and faster delivery. Design and develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps (Standard & Consumption) . Implement and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM) , including policy design, security, and developer portal configuration. Build event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid . Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions (C#/.NET preferred). Have strong expertise in REST, GraphQL, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, and Liquid Templates . Secure enterprise integrations using OAuth2, Managed Identity, JWT, and Azure Key Vault . Implement hybrid connectivity solutions using Azure On-Premises Data Gateway and Hybrid Connections . Support data integration and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Follow best practices for integration architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the organization's integration architecture, strategy, and roadmap. Design and implement API-led, event-driven, pub/sub, and batch integration patterns . Lead the development of complex integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and APIM. Establish governance standards for API security, monitoring, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization. Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights . Mentor and guide integration developers through code reviews, technical leadership, and architectural best practices. Drive CI/CD adoption using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions . Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep or Terraform . Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Enterprise Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.
