Role & responsibilities experience in CRM implementations both in functional and technical areas Experienced with End to End CRM Transformation Projects Experienced with CRM implementations on Cloud Extensive experience and deep knowledge in CRM functional processes Working experience in any CRM technology product like Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics 365 etc Excellent Communication Skills & Customer Frontending experience Good Analytical & Problem solving skills Working experience with Cloud Transformations / Implementations Certified in any CRM technology product Deep Understanding & Knowledge in Sales, Makreting, Service, CPQ, Commerce, Portal processes Experience in working in CRM integrations with upstream and down stream applications in landscape Configuration & Customization of CRM products like Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM etc Knowledge on AI, DevOps, Automation Tools usage and implementations Presales Process knowedge
