Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt

• Lead a team, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews

• Manage onshore-offshore collaboration and delivery timelines

• Handle client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution discussions

• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and best practices

• Manage job scheduling and automation using Control-M

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in end-to-end data engineering delivery

• Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Lead solution discussions, demos, and architecture reviews.

• Manage client expectations, escalations, and delivery milestones.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DataOps practices.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
