DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities Designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform as Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). This includes developing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules, and automating the provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud resources. Monitoring cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, troubleshooting operational issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery configurations. Implementing cloud security best practices and compliance standards, conducting regular audits and reviews of infrastructure and Terraform code, and managing identity, access, and policy enforcement in Azure. Integrating Terraform modules into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cloud architects, DevOps teams, and development teams to align infrastructure with business needs. Creating and updating documentation for infrastructure designs, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Proven experience in cloud engineering or a similar role, with specific experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure infrastructure. Strong proficiency with Terraform and IaC principles, and a deep understanding of Azure cloud services and features. Expertise in cloud security best practices, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Knowledge of server-side programming languages (C#, Java).
