About the role
Job Requirements 8+ years of experience in UI / Frontend architecture. Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience in building enterprise-scale web applications. Knowledge of API integration and authentication (OAuth/JWT). Experience with performance optimization and security best practices. Exposure to Banking / Financial platforms (preferred). Strong design review and technical leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Define front-end architecture and UI technology stack (React-based). Design scalable, secure, and reusable UI frameworks and components. Establish UI coding standards, performance, and accessibility guidelines. Lead integration of UI with backend APIs and orchestration services. Drive responsive and cross-browser compatible designs. Ensure consistent user experience across channels (Web, Portal, Mobile-ready). Review UI designs and code for quality and security compliance. Collaborate with UX designers, backend teams, and business stakeholders.
