End User Computing (EUC) Architect

Role & responsibilities Experience: 10+ years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Role Overview The Senior EUC Architect is a senior clientfacing leader responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering End User Computing and Digital Workplace solutions across enterprise and managed services environments. This role partners closely with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS WorkSpaces, and Workplace Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and costeffective workplace solutions for client & acting as a trusted advisor , driving EUC strategy, modernization, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities EUC Strategy & Architecture Act as primary EUC technical advisor for enterprise clients Lead architecture discussions, solution designs, and technical governance forums Support presales activities: solution shaping, RFP responses, and technical presentations Define and own endtoend EUC architecture across physical and virtual workspaces Create clientspecific EUC roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures Lead workplace modernization initiatives including cloud-first and zero-trust adoption Endpoint & Virtual Workspace Leadership Provide architectural oversight for: SCCM and Microsoft Intune (Comanagement, Autopilot, policy design) Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) AWS WorkSpaces Application delivery and packaging models Drive scalable, secure, and optimized endpoint and virtual desktop designs Workplace Engineering Partner with Workplace Engineering teams to standardize: Device builds and configurations Group policy creation and modification End point security and privilege management Automation and selfservice capabilities Provide technical escalation and design approval for complex EUC issues Security, Compliance & Experience Ensure EUC solutions align with: Security and identity standards Zero Trust principles Regulatory and compliance requirements Drive improvements in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and operational efficiency Required Experience & Skills 10+ years in EUC / Digital Workplace / Endpoint Architecture Strong expertise in: Microsoft SCCM & Intune Azure Virtual Desktop AWS WorkSpaces Should have worked in networking, servers, client support, cloud technologies, architecting solutions and not just configuring solutions but how to use them as well Mostly connected with designing, building, testing and implementing of the modern workplace technologies in an enterprise environment. Deep understanding of Windows endpoint architecture, application packaging, and endpoint security Strong stakeholder, client communication, and documentation skills What Success Looks Like Consistent, scalable EUC architectures across multiple clients Improved enduser experience and reduced operational complexity Successful client engagements, renewals, and technology adoption Clear modernization roadmap aligned with business outcomes
