Experience acting as domain or solution architect for EUC services Exposure to large, distributed enterprise environments Prior handson delivery experience in Service Desk, EUC Engineering, or Onsite Support is a plus Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively
