Dear Professional, Please find the below details, Job Title: Full stack web Application Developer Experience Range: 8+ Years. Location : Bangalore Education : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Required Technical skillset, Strong proficiency in Python for backend development. Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN). Experience with MS-SQL and PostgreSQL databases. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust backend services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred). Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js. Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. Build visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Utilize modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN for styling and layout. Design and optimize relational database schemas. Work with SQL-based databases like MS-SQL and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval. Write efficient queries and ensure data integrity. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Optimize application performance for scalability and reliability. Implement security best practices for data protection and application integrity.
