About the role
- Additionally associates need Unix Shell / Bash Scripting / Perl/Javascript knowledge . - Monitoring Tools (Splunk / AppDynamics/Grafana / Kibana/Elastic Search),especially Splunk and Elk would be beneficial for the job role . - Experience in working Production support model and working in rotational shift is a must . - Exposure to IT infrastructure tools and good communication skills
