Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Content Management solutions using IBM ECM (FileNet) and Opentext technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions that meet customer needs. Develop customizations on top of IBM ECM (FileNet) platform to integrate it with other systems. Troubleshoot issues related to content management processes and resolve them efficiently. Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of developed applications. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in developing Content Management solutions using IBM ECM (FileNet) and Opentext technologies. Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). Strong understanding of ECM platform, including its architecture, features, and integrations. Proficiency in Java programming language; knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP Web Services APIs is an added advantage.
