Job Title: Java Backend Engineer - AI/GenAI Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Bangalore (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, along with hands-on experience in Python-based AI/Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend systems and developing, fine-tuning, and integrating AI/LLM models into enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance enterprise applications. Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python. Work on Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-powered workflows. Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications and backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and scalability.
