Java + Python Developer (AI/GenAI)

Position: Java + Python Developer (AI/GenAI) Experience: 6 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore (BLR), Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java + Python Developer with a strong background in Java backend development , Spring Boot Microservices , and Artificial Intelligence/Generative AI solutions . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable enterprise applications, building and fine-tuning AI models, and working in Agile environments. The candidate should be flexible with working hours and collaborate effectively with global teams. Key Responsibilities Java Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices Architecture . Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications. Implement high-performance, secure, and reliable backend services. Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization activities. Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Python & AI/GenAI Development Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and related frameworks. Create, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases. Work on Generative AI (GenAI) applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Integrate AI models and GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications. Perform model evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvements. Agile & Collaboration Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Required Skills Technical Skills 6+ years of overall software development experience. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs . Hands-on experience with Python development . Experience in AI/ML model development, training, and fine-tuning . Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and implementations. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar. Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. Process & Soft Skills Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum projects . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Flexible to work across different time zones and project requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP . Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.
