Java Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Mumbai Exp: 4-10 yrs Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 4–10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle PL/SQL to develop and enhance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large monolithic systems, API integrations, AWS environments, and modernizing applications through service-based architecture. Key Skills Java/J2EE, Spring Core, MVC, Spring Boot REST/SOAP API Development Oracle SQL & PL/SQL AWS Cloud (PaaS) and Docker concepts Monolithic Enterprise Applications API-led Architecture & Service Decomposition Micronaut Framework (or willingness to learn) Agile, DevSecOps, Secure SDLC Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications. Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs. Perform PL/SQL development, database tuning, and data fixes. Deliver bug fixes and enhancements aligned with sprint cycles. Support API-driven modernization and Micronaut-based services. Follow security and compliance standards. Collaborate with Business, QA, and distributed delivery teams. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent. 4–10+ years of experience in Java enterprise application development. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Developer Associate Java/Spring Certification Cloud-Native or Microservices Certification
