Hiring: MSD CRM Technical Consultant (Night Shift) Location: Chennai / Bangalore Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Experience: 5 - 8 Years Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, developing, and extending Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with global stakeholders in a night-shift environment. Must-Have Skills 5 to 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Strong experience in configuring, designing, building, and extending: Dynamics 365 Sales Dynamics 365 Marketing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Field Service Hands-on experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration Strong understanding of CRM entities, security models, workflows, business rules, and business process flows Good-to-Have Skills Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications and third-party systems Strong development experience in: C# .NET Framework ASP.NET JavaScript Web API Experience with Azure services: Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Azure Service Bus Azure DevOps Good understanding of CRM business processes Experience in data migration, data integration, and ETL activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Microsoft Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Dynamics 365 Developer Certifications
