Dear Professionals , TCS is Hiring For Network Engineer Total Experience -4Years-8Years Exp-84Years Skills - Network Engineer, LAN , WAN, ,Switching, Routing, Location - Chennai Date -Interview -Mode -Virtual JD :Must Have :1. Knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting 2. Network Architecture (LAN, WAN & Wireless)3. Rich hands-on experience in Routing protocol (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)4. Should have strong knowledge in VLAN and other switching concepts 5. Should have worked on Network data management & troubleshooting Configure, maintain, and support: Routers, switches, and wireless controllers Firewalls and VPN devices (basic administration) Perform standard changes, patching, firmware upgrades, and configuration backups Implement approved network designs and changes as per architecture standards Support network security controls such as: Firewall rule administration VPN user and sitetosite configurations Network segmentation and access controls Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and operational standards Assist in vulnerability remediation and audit support activities Monitoring & Documentation Monitor alerts, logs, and events; take proactive actions to prevent outages Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories Update runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures Work with Network Architects and Senior Engineers on complex issues Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution Escalate unresolved issues in line with incident management processes Identify recurring issues and recommend operational improvements Participate in problem management and postincident reviews Support automation and standardization initiatives where applicable Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Routing & Switching fundamentals (OSPF, BGP basics) VLANs, STP, NAT Experience supporting WAN, Internet, and VPN connectivity Thanks & Regards RITESH RAVI Human Resources Talent Acquisition Group Tata Consultancy Services Mail to: riteshkumar.ravi2@tcs.com Company website : https://www.tcs.com
